I would just like to start off by saying that this has been a very pleasant surprise for me and my wife. I actually found this place by mistake. I was actually going to go to a restaurant one block before going here, but it ended up being closed. Then I went off the block, and I found this Hidden Gem. Let me start by saying that if you're looking for some quality seafood, and awesome atmosphere, and the best clamatos of your life, you really need to make a stop here if you are in the Apodaca area. For the appetizer, we ordered simple nachos with cheese. And for the main course, we got the monumental Lighthouse dish. Oh boy, let me tell you that this thing is a beast and is so delicious. Plenty of the dishes served here are very well proportioned, and you can easily share as these things are topped with all the bells and whistles. This particular dish has fish cocktail, freshly peeled shrimp, avocado slices, mango tidbits, diced octopus, and some breaded shrimp (Camarones Capeados). The staff was very welcoming from the moment that we stepped in the restaurant. Our server whose name goes by Miguel has been top-notch in his customer service. He was always there to explain anything that was on the menu and he even recommended us the food that we ate which was really awesome. For the price I believe it is fair as usually seafood restaurants are very expensive, and the service is lackluster. From the moment that you receive your tray you know you are getting quality food. For my budget I feel that the prices were just right of course this is just me but I feel like this is a price that really gives you your money's worth and then some. Thank you guys so much for letting me experience this place as I will come to this restaurant for sure the next time that I'm in Monterey.

An excellent family-run seafood restaurant, perfect for a night out with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The food is delicious, everything super fresh, especially the seafood. The drinks are top-notch, and the service is unbeatable: friendly, fast, and attentive. On weekends, they have live bands, which makes the experience even more special. Ideal for dining with family or friends, having a good time, and enjoying incredible food. 100% recommended!

Quick service, they open with a basket with toast, sauces and their lemons. The shrimp taste fresh, in short: If I return and highly recommended.
